The Real Death

Hebrews 9:27-28: Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgement, 28so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.

Observation:
-Death, real death, only comes once
-Many people have died and than resucutated back
-Others have died and God told them it wasn't their time
-So i don't think that its truly death....almost death but the real death.
-Real death comes when you are before God and He is judging you and your fleshy body is deteriorating, because death comes in many parts
-Death includes, the spirit, soul, and body
-The spirit dies on the earth because it goes and lives in heaven, the soul is mourned by the people on earth and that also dies on earth, and the body is dead to all
-Jesus had to die the real death...death in all parts of himself
-The soul died the instant He was turned away from God...His emotions were crushed and He became like a little boy at that point, He felt rejected, just like many of us do...But because He was a man He knew what He had to do
-His body died when they crucified Him and whipped Him and pierced His side
-His spirit died on earth and went to Heaven to be with God
-But Jesus' death was different because with His death, our sins were lost and we were able to live
-Through His death came life, and no one else can claim that, ever!

Application:
-We all die for a reason, we don't always know that reason but God knows it, and we have to trust Him
-But whether we die or live to be 100 Jesus is coming again to get us
-He will not die a second death but live again and bring us life again
-People are dying out there and some of us dont know what to do
-But the truth is that Jesus is coming back and we have to be ready, not to die, but to live again!

Prayer:
Father,
I thank you for your second coming. You are everything that i live for and that i want to keep living for. You gave your life so that i can live again. I want this first life to be filled with your love and just You. I pray that those people that don't know you now know you later and find you in this world. Please God I ask that those who are looking for something different find it in you and they don't look at false gods or vanity. You are the true God that died for me and I want to give my life over to you.
